The Diet to End All Diets

Here is the Diet to beat all diets:

I have a customer that lost 116 pounds using the following recommendations:

Find a Greens blend powder that must include Wheatgrass, Barley, Spirulina, Alfalfa, and Chlorella. The Greens blend product used by the customer was my favorite product by Greens Today It has a Green Frog on it. The customer used a soy-free protein powder. You may also use Jay Robbs Whey protein powder.

Mix fruit and add juice to cover the fruit of your choice. Add 1 scoop of green powder and one scoop of protein powder. Blend the ingredients in a blender. Use agave, honey, or Xylitol, for sweeteners. You may not be hungry for any food but if you are, allow your self a sensible meal.

Apple Cider Vinegar assists with weight loss. The bottle says 2 tsp in water, but the people that I have talked to do better taking 2 tablespoons in the morning and the evening. You may dilute it in water and add honey if you like. Listen to your body and do 2 tablespoons if it does not upset the stomach.

Cayenne also helps balance the metabolism. Maybe add a pinch to the ACV.

Fiber is very effective at assisting in weight loss. Take Fiber powder or capsules before each meal, and it will not only help clean your colon and assist in lowering your cholesterol levels, but it will begin to create a feeling of fullness before you start eating. Furthermore, it will assist in strengthening your ability to assimilate food better. If you can assimilate food better you may need less. The modern way of processing food has removed most of the fiber from the final product, hence never giving us a feeling of fullness; and as a result we can continue to add more empty calories.

Stevia is a wonder sugar alternative. It is safe for diabetics and it is better than the empty calories of table sugar. You may also use sugar from a health food store. Sugar in and of itself is not bad; in its natural state contains minerals.

When you eat make sure you eat foods in there natural state. Yes certain food choices are fattening, but if you choose more vegetables and grains you can eat until you are satisfied and not sit around starving or counting calories.

Plan your meals in advance. If you don’t, you may make mistake, and hit Mc Donald’s because you are too tired from work to make a more sensible choice.

A diet that consists of 80% fruits and vegetables with 20% acidic foods like nuts, meats, grains is ideal. Start with just introducing one fresh fruit or vegetable a day for one week then increase at your own pace.
