This blog is a collection of my insights, thoughts, dreams. etc there will be no pattern . It will be sporadic, prayer, gratitude, affirmations, theories and experiments.

Affirmations: words spoken out loud that affect the self, raise the vibration, stick to the aura, provide the polarity to dispel darkness. “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was God..”

One must never fight with evil. Do not fight addictions. Do not fight your enemies… anything that you give your attention to you give your will, strength and energy to.

This process of not fighting helps with mental transmutation as discussed in the Kybalion. In order to raise the vibration, you must rise above your lower vibrations.

“He who understand the Principle of Vibration, has grasped the scepter of Power.” Kybalion

“It is better to light a candle, than to curse the darkness.”

“You do not shovel out darkness, pick it up and remove it from a room… How do you remove nothingness.. the absence of a thing only need that you introduce that thing.. Light.

Don’t fight depression introduce happiness and gratitude.

If you can’t find anything to be grateful for (darkness does that to you).. Thank your breath… for going in and out… If you cannot find it in your heart to be grateful for it…. Deny yourself air as long as you can...And watch your repetitive thoughts stop…. Then watch and wait for the gratitude you will feel when that fresh air comes flowing into your lungs… Instant gratitude. Instant Power of NOW.

This is actually an ancient technique to stop repetitive thoughts that is used in India.

Inhale to a count of 4. Hold your breath in to a count of 16. Then exhale to a count of 8.

Everything is vibrating. Nothing is standing still.

“To change your mood or mental state-- change your vibration.” The Kybalion

Use your will to focus your attention in order to change the Vibration…

This is why meditation is crucial… to strengthen focus instead od letting all your energy disperse on foolishness and nothingness. The breathing is used to develop: chi, prana, aether, energy...biologically relaxing, oxygenation, sending pleasant healthy seretonin etc.

Back to the subject of not fighting Evil, you don’t kill it or struggle with it.

“You do not have to shovel out or sweep out the Darkness, but by merely opening the shutters and letting in the LIght the Darkness has disappeared.” The Kybalion

“To destroy and undesireable rate of vibration put into operation the principle of polarity and conetrate upon the opposite pole to that which you desire to suppress. Koll out the undesirable by changing its polarity.” The Kybalion

The kybalion uses the illustration of a pendulum.

If you look.. you can see that the higher up the string you go the less extreme of a swing… You are less affected by the huge swing.

This is why Buddhish are against extreme happiness and extreme pleasure because its opposite follows.. not far behind. Falling in love is a great high… Falling out is extreme pain. Depression, loss, misery

The Middle Way is encouraged. Buddhism is against strong aversion… Strong likes or strong dislikes because they must follow.

Hence the purpose of trying not to have strong attachment and feeling of possessing the loved one and how they make you feel. Love never hurts only the attachment to the highs and the feeling of the body.

When you see the dead etc it confirms that the dead are not gone or far away. They are still here. Native Americans and shamnas of other cultures do things to and for their ancestors.

Cold is always getting warmer and warmth is always losing heat and getting colder. Going north long enough you will find yourself south on this Earth plane.

Following the breath, study the intention purify the heart by praying for you enemies. Keep praying and you may find there are no longer enemies, but your brothers and sisters lost in maya, trauma, karma, ego, illusions, suffering and people fighting to be happy.

But the more efforts they make the worse it gets.. In ignorance they create more suffering for themselves and others.

May all sentient being be free of suffering and its causes.

Selfishness is the source of all pain.

Judging things as good or bad…. Stand above it.

Compassion and unconditional love.

To be sensitive can feel like a curse...To feel people’s emotion within oneself as if it is one’s self. But this helps us heal the “other” who is actually our self.

To be free of pain and torment from the onslaught of these emotions one must “judge not.”

1. Do not judge the person nor the emotion as a good feeling or a bad feeling.

2. Learn to separate your own feeling from the “other” and the only way to do this is through…

3. Meditation. It helps us to be the observer. So we must learn to observe ourselves first and realize we are not our emotions, our bodies our thoughts or roles etc.

In meditation you will see a part of your Self sitting there in the silence… watching quietly. Don’t freak out like i did.
